The SCA (Single Connector Attachment) interface combines the Data, Power, and SCSI ID connectors into a single 80-pin connector. To use this SCA drive in a standard system or subsystem enclosure, requires an adapter to convert the 80-pin connector back into separate Data, Power, and SCSI ID connectors. With this SCA adapter, you can make this conversion with ease as you adapt your 68-pin or 50-pin ribbon cable to a SCSI-3 SCA80-pin connection. The SCA80 adapter includes an onboard power connection and id jumpers. Has on-board termination.
