We stock these cables in Male to Male and Male to Female configurations in lengths from 6 to 100 feet. MD8 connector is approximately .5” in diameter. Type 5C keyboards have hardwired MD8 cables. Type 5 keyboards have totally removable MD8 cables. Type 4 also have removable MD8 cables; as far as cabling, no different than Type 5.
